The application process for the '26-'27 year opens August 17, 2026, and closes September 18, 2026. 

1) Create an account: You can create an account by clicking on the "Create account" link in the top right corner of the page.

2) Complete your profile form: Once you have created your account, you can complete and submit your profile form.

3) Wait for confirmation and next steps: Once you have submitted your profile form, we will review the information and notify you via email of next steps.
